Why does InputKing not work on my computer?

The following are common causes:

1) The browser you are using is not supported by InputKing

2) Your browser blocked InputKing's edit window. If there is no new window open after you click the "Start InputKing" button on homepage, you should check the setting of your browser to make sure it does not block InputKing window.

Please note that if an email edited using InputKing cannot be displayed properly (displayed as odd characters), it is not a problem of InputKing, it is due to the flaw of email software or improper use of email program.
